The School for Contemplative Living* is holding a Global Day of Prayer for Compassion and Peace for people to spend time together for worldwide mediation and prayer stirring a global consciousness for peace on earth and in our hearts.
Betsy Gonwa will be hosting an in-person gathering at Tippe to participate in the zoom as a group.
Saturday, November 19 @ 10:00 AM - noon
Actively cultivating compassion and peace begins with ending judgment, political polarization, war, racism, and sexism in our own hearts. From here we invite a spirit of communion among all beings. On this day we will share poems, prayers, and guided meditations, interspersed with periods of silent reflection and contemplation. We will gather as individuals and small groups across the globe, united by connecting with each other through a Zoom link.
To sign up for the in-person gathering at Tippe, RSVP @ https://bit.ly/GlobalDayOfPrayer2022.
If you'd prefer to participate on zoom at home, you can register at: global day for compassion and peace tickets.
*The School for Contemplative Living is not affiliated with Tippecanoe Church.
