Reiki is an ancient healing art
coming through
Eastern understandings.
It is non-religious specific
and akin to the understandings
of healing touch.
Reiki is for Christians too!

Reflexology is the science
that deals with the principle
that there are reflex areas on the
feet and hands that correspond
to all of the glands, organs,
and parts of the body. 
Reflexology is a unique method
of using the thumb and fingers
on these reflex areas. 
It provides stress and tension reduction
to improve blood supply
and promote the unblocking
of nerve impulses and energy
to help nature achieve homeotstais.

Karen also is a certified
Spiritual Director,
Threshold Singer, and Reiki Master. 
Karen is trained in basic reflexology
through the International Institutue of Reflexology. 
Karen has training 
in body-mind-spirit practices.

Jane offers deep tissue massage
within a therapeutic approach.

Jane works on a sliding scale to accommodate
those who wish to recieve this healing art.

Serenity Garden and
Outdoor Baltic Labyrinth

Always open to you; weather permitting.

This ancient labyrinth design is unique given its double entrance and 5 circuit design. Predating the Chart design, this labyrinth was originally found in the Baltic region of Europe in the early middle ages.

Come for this form of group spiritual direction using the upcoming scriptures as a jumping off place for conversation.
